The stability was greatly improved. I added adjustable rotating stages and laser controlling modules. The following are three versions of the system. On the left is the improved latest version, it replaced the previous dichoric mirrors. It was improved in order from right to left (1.3<–1.2<–1.1<–1.0). Now the whole setting has been rearranged:
